Yes. There is no minimum number of locations required in order to use the IntellaWaste software.
Can I try IntellaWaste prior to committing to using the platform in my business?
Yes, every customer can try the software prior to committing to using the platform. We are very confident that once you demo our software, you will want to integrate these solutions into your business.
I have over 100 clients in all 50 states that represent 1000s of locations—is this something that will work for this volume?
There is no limit to the amount of data IntellaWaste can process. Our clients import over 10,000 waste invoices daily and IntellaWaste is programmed to automatically scale up its data processing capability as needed.
How does IntellaWaste handle invoice processing that is in paper format opposed to digital?
When you have a paper invoice or a batch of paper invoices, you will be able to scan as many invoices needed into one PDF document, upload that document into IntellaWaste and it will automatically filter, sort, parse and assign to the correct customer location.
How does the system know which invoices are associated with each location?
IntellaWaste uses unique location and customer identification codes along with multi-layer filtering to ensure perfect accuracy.
How long is the contract with IntellaWaste?
You can commit to a 1-month or 12-month contract.
